The City has invested $13.4 million dollars in our historic downtown by updating aging infrastructure and creating a pleasant environment with our Main Street Streetscape project, which will be finalized in November 2024.

The Streetscape Project enables a $47 million transformative waterfront development project along the Great Miami River. We are eagerly awaiting the decision of our $25 million RAISE grant application through the U.S. Department of Transportation. Engineering on the Riverfront is complete and RAISE award announcements are expected this summer.
