Site Development Plan Expedition
The City of Franklin will work with your company to coordinate deadline schedules when approving site development plans for qualified projects which provide an economic benefit to the community. The City of Franklin, along with the Warren County Economic Development Authority works closely with our partners to identify projects that offer expedited process.

Tax Exempt Financing - Warren County Port Authority
The mission of the Warren County Port Authority is to enhance economic vitality and quality of life in Warren County. By implementing creative economic development solutions using financing services and other development tools, we will promote investment and job creation by private industry and other qualified partners.

The Authority will process the application on the company's behalf and work with the County's bond counsel to introduce the appropriate legislation to the County Council.
