Children 14 and under must be chaperoned by an adult age 21 years or older.
*Resident: People who reside in the City of Franklin, Franklin Township, of the City of Carlisle in Warren County. Patrons claiming residency will be expected to provide one of the following when registering for passes as well as paying for daily passes. You will be expected to provide your information the first time you enter, and your information will be put into the system.
- Valid ID or Driver's License with Current Address
- Paycheck Stub showing name and address.
- School ID with Name.
**Family Pass: Family is defined as a maximum (2 adults and 3 children under the age of 18). If only one adult resides in the household, up to 4 children made be added to equal a total of 5 people in the household as long as the children are under the age of 18). Any person living in the same household above the 5-person maximum will be charged for the additional Family members rates listed above.
The Pool may close at any time at the discretion of management due to concerns including, but not limited to:
• inclement weather, i.e. lightening, thunder, rain
• the water temperature drops below 65 degrees
• if there are fifteen (15) people or less in the facility
• communicable disease outbreaks
• water contamination
• mechanical issues
• unruly guest behavior.
No refunds will be given due to closures.
Available for ages 5-12. Each session will be 30 minutes a day for 8 days, Monday - Thursday for 2 consecutive weeks. Session times will be 11:00-11:30 AM or 11:30 - 12:00 noon. $30 per session. Registration details coming soon.
RENTALS:Pool Shelter Rental: During regular pool hours, the following rates apply for a minimum of two hours:
$30 residents, $50 non-residents. Hours available for rental:

Swim Team Rental: $150 for 2 lanes at 2 hours (minimum rental). Rentals available:
