On behalf of the Mayor, City Council, and the City's employees, thank you for taking the time to learn more about Franklin. Within the next year or so, we will be improving our website to allow more "customer-friendly" features such as online bill paying. I welcome your comments and invite you to share your ideas, suggestions, and concerns about what we are doing and if we are meeting your expectations.
I have had the privilege of serving as Franklin's City Manager since 1997. Prior to my relocation to Franklin, I obtained Juris Doctorate (J.D.) and Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degrees from Cleveland State University. My love for local government started in law school when I worked for the Cleveland City Council.
As Franklin's City Manager, I am responsible for directing various City Departments in day to day operations and implementing the policies established by the City Council. Due to a progressive City Council, dedicated City employees, and wonderful residents, we have accomplished a lot in my tenure with the City. This progress will continue this year with many projects that are either underway or that will soon be starting. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns about a City project or if you simply want to talk about our community. Some of our best ideas started with resident feedback. |
