Mr. Lewis was appointed as Interim City Manager on February 7, 2011 and appointed City Manager on April 7, 2011.
Mr. Lewis joined the City of Franklin April 7, 1973. He also supervises the operations of the Water and Sanitary Sewer Division, Street Division and the Park Division of the Dept of Public Works.
