The Franklin Public Library serves over 50,000 residents in northwestern Warren County, Ohio. Our library has two locations to serve its users, our beautiful branch located in downtown Franklin and the second located right behind Springboro City Hall.
The Franklin Library first opened in 1923, but operates out of a beautiful 23,000 square foot building which opened in 2002. The Springboro branch operates out of a 9,200 square foot building that opened in 1989 and was expanded in 1999.
Both libraries offer the full range of library items to check out including books, movies, music CD's, books on CD, magazines, and eBooks for both children and adults. Each library is connected to high speed Internet and provides black & white and color printing for a fee. Copy and fax services are also available for a small fee. Please contact the library with any questions you have about registering for a library card and for programs and services that they offer.
