The employees of the City of Franklin Division of Police are committed to serving all members of our community. This requires patience, compassion, kindness and a willingness to want to help others beyond what is expected. Whether an employee’s actions demonstrated excellent customer service, assisted to remedy a problem, were heroic, or made an overall positive impact on you or someone else, we would like to know about it.

Conversely, if you encountered an issue with one of the employees, we'd like to know about the situation as well. Please note, It is a violation of Ohio law to file a false complaint against a police officer (Ohio Revised Code 2921.15).
